In today’s fast-paced world, psychological challenges are not uncommon. Many individuals struggle with signs of exhaustion, inner restlessness, or sleep disturbances. These issues can significantly impact our daily lives, work performance, and overall well-being.

Burnout is a state of chronic exhaustion, manifesting as physical, emotional, and mental fatigue. If you constantly feel overwhelmed and find it challenging to meet daily demands, it could be a sign of burnout. My Burnout Self-Assessment allows you to get an initial understanding of your level of strain.

Inner Restlessness Test
Constant nervousness and an inability to find peace within are typical symptoms of inner restlessness. Often, it is persistent thoughts and an inability to relax that weigh down those affected. The Inner Restlessness Self-Assessment provides insight into possible causes and symptoms, helping you understand what might be troubling you.
 

Sleep Disorders Test
Healthy sleep is fundamental to physical and mental well-being. Sleep disorders can include difficulties falling asleep, frequent waking, or unrefreshing sleep, which might point to deeper issues. With my Sleep Disorders Self-Assessment, you can get an initial evaluation of your sleep quality and potential underlying causes.
